1. Introduction ClipPanda ("we", "our", or "us") is a Chrome extension that helps users save, organize, and reuse clipboard content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect We collect the following information:

• Email address: collected when you create an account or sign in with Google, used solely to authenticate you and identify your account.
• Session data: authentication tokens stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.
• Clips and collections: the content you save is stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API. It is not uploaded to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information We use your email address only to:

• Authenticate your identity
• Associate your subscription plan (free or pro) with your account

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to providing the ClipPanda service.

4. Data Storage

• Your clips and collections are stored locally on your device.
• Your email and subscription status are stored securely in our database (Supabase), hosted in the EU (Ireland).
• We do not share your data with any third parties except Supabase, which acts as our secure backend infrastructure provider.

5. Clipboard Access ClipPanda requests access to your clipboard solely to:

• Read clipboard content when you choose to save a clip
• Write to your clipboard when you choose to copy a saved clip

We never read your clipboard in the background or without your direct action.

6. Payments If you upgrade to ClipPanda Pro, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

7. Your Rights You can:

• Delete your clips and collections at any time within the extension
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
• Sign out at any time, which clears your local session

8. Children's Privacy ClipPanda is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
